CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order is still in packed status and has not yet been shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at diya@peepultree.world or call 080-458-83674 (Mon to Fri, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Once your cancellation is confirmed, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of placing the request.

Please note:

  • No cancellation fees will be charged for orders cancelled within the 24-hour window (if order is not shipped).
