CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order is still in packed status and has not yet been shipped.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, any amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of placing the request.

Please note:

  • No cancellation fees will be charged for orders cancelled within the 24-hour window (if order is not shipped).
