EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only for the same product, style, size and color as originally ordered.

To request an exchange, please contact us at diya@peepultree.world or call 080-458-83674 (Mon to Fri, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM). within 48 hours of delivery to schedule a reverse pick-up.

Please ensure that:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The original tags and packaging are intact.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.If it passes the inspection, a replacement piece will be shipped as per our standard delivery timelines.

If the required size or product is out of stock , we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, after deducting applicable shipping charges (if any).

Please note:

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • Customized products, bulk orders, and gifting items cannot be exchanged or returned.
