We offer size exchanges only for the same product, style, and colour that you have purchased.
Contact us on email@example.com to schedule a reverse pick-up within 48 hours of delivery of the product and we will initiate your exchange request.
Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, and the original tags are intact.
Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.
In case the required size is not in stock, we will provide you a refund (after deducting the applicable shipping charges).
International orders are not eligible for exchange/returns.
Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
