The website “[Peepultree.World]” (“Website”) is owned and operated by LHI TV Private Limited (and also operated by its affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies and permitted assigns) (the, “Company”). [We are engaged in the business of selling handmade Indian artisanal works and disseminating certain historical and cultural content to users through different media including via audio, visual or textual means, whether live or pre-recorded, made available to you on our Website (“Services”).] 

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out our privacy practices with respect to the usage of the Website and any other platforms that may be made available to you by us, in the future including, but not limited to, mobile applications in connection with our Services.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy on an online portal of the Company.
