REFUND POLICY

Before you return a Peepul Tree product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are meticulously handcrafted or handmade using traditional techniques by our highly skilled artisans , resulting in each product being unique, slightly different from each other and varying marginally from the images appearing on our website.

We believe variations are the beauty of handmade products & this is what makes them unique. Imperfections / irregularities in the product cannot be termed as defects, as these are intrinsic to the handmade process. Returns on the basis of such queries will not be entertained. We request you to check the product details thoroughly before buying any product. Many of the products(fabrics) are made of natural colours & may bleed when washed and therefore need special care. Kindly follow the care instructions mentioned to increase the longevity of the product.

In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as to keep our prices fair, we accept returns only for damaged/defective products.

If customer really want a refund then they should send the product back to us at our Warehouse address and we will refund if received product is in good condition.

In such cases, kindly raise a complaint with the clear pictures of the defective area/s within 48 hours of receiving the product to diya@peepultree.in.

Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole decision of considering the eligibility of returns.

Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns.

Please ensure that the returned merchandise is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in its original condition.

Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made, within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.

Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
