REFUND POLICY

Before requesting a return, we encourage you to take a moment to understand how our products are made. Each Peepul Tree creation is meticulously handcrafted using traditional techniques by highly skilled artisans. This means every product is unique — with slight variations in color, texture, or finish that reflect the handmade process.

We believe these natural variations are the true beauty of handcrafted work , making each piece one-of-a-kind. Such irregularities or minor imperfections are not considered defects , and returns for these reasons will not be accepted. We request you to review product details carefully before placing your order. Many of our fabrics are made using natural dyes, which may bleed slightly when washed. Please follow the care instructions provided to maintain the longevity and charm of your product.

In the interest of fairness to our artisans and to ensure our prices remain fair, we accept returns only for products that are received in damaged or defective condition.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery by writing to diya@peepultree.world along with clear pictures of the defective area(s). Please include your order number in the subject line for quicker resolution. Alternatively, call us at 080-458-83674 (Mon to Fri, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved:

  • A replacement piece will be dispatched as per standard shipping timelines (in case of exchange)
  • A refund will be initiated to the original payment mode within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.

Please note:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Customized, bulk orders or gifting items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Peepul Tree reserves the final discretion on return and refund eligibility.
