DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the size, weight, packaging requirements, and destination of your order.
- Delivery Timelines: Standard deliveries are completed within 3–10 business days. For remote or outstation areas, delivery may take an additional 3–4 days.
- Pre-ordered or customised items: Shipping timelines may vary and will be communicated directly by our support team.
The final shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Shipping and handling charges vary based on the product size, weight, packaging, and destination country. The final cost will be visible at checkout after entering your shipping address.
Please note:
- Duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are payable separately by the customer.
- These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs regulations and must be paid directly to the shipping partner at the time of delivery.
- If the customer refuses to pay duties or taxes, resulting in a failed delivery, no refund will be processed.
Delivery Timelines:
International deliveries are typically completed within 12–15 business days.
For pre-ordered or customised products, timelines may vary and will be communicated by our support team.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
ORDER TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from our logistics partner via email or message.
You can also track your order under the “My Orders” section on our website.
- Business Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted as business days.
