The Story of Mandu and the Malwa Sultanate

Located around 84 kms from Indore, the beautiful ruins of the lost city of Mandu never fails to amaze it's visitors. Mandu can truly be called a ‘Poetry in Stone’ but sadly only little remains of the lost city of Shadiabad or ‘the city of Joy’, the capital of the Sultanate of Malwa in the 15th and the 16th centuries.
