Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for the same product, style, size and color as originally ordered.

To request an exchange, please contact us at diya@peepultree.world Or, chat with us at Click Here within 4 Days of delivery to schedule a reverse pick-up.

Please ensure that:

The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
The original tags and packaging are intact.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.If it passes the inspection, a replacement piece will be shipped as per our standard delivery timelines.

If the required size or product is out of stock , we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, after deducting applicable shipping charges (if any).

Please note:

International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
Customized products, bulk orders, and gifting items cannot be exchanged or returned.
