This item was a wedding gift for someone…so can’t say whether she loved it or not. It looked good in the photos, so bought it.
But my experience with Peepultree was a bit trying. The staff had difficulty in understanding and executing the changes I made to my first order…so a lot of time was wasted in following up on that.
Also, the cancelled order arrived at my house despite getting emails that it was cancelled. Clearly there was no coordination between the departments or the company and the courier service.
Hope this feedback helps you to improve.
